Dulles and Kincora are in the Dulles area. Dulles Town Center, Sterling, Cascades and Countryside are Sterling-area communities, Ashburn and Brambleton lie to the west, South Riding to the south, and Leesburg and Round Hill are separate towns farther west along Route 7.

Not directly. Price follows the house: how many vents, how many systems, and how hard the ducts are to reach. The area matters because it predicts those things. A 1980s single-family home in Countryside and a new Kincora townhome sit at different ends of the same ranges.

Why does the age of my neighborhood matter for duct cleaning?
Ducts age differently than furniture collects dust. In a 1970s or 1980s home, loose joints, worn insulation and older materials matter more than dust. In a home built in the last decade, construction debris is the usual concern. Knowing when your home was built tells a technician what to inspect first.
Are Sterling, Cascades and Ashburn part of Dulles?
No. Sterling, Cascades, Countryside and Ashburn are separate census-designated places in eastern Loudoun County, and Leesburg and Round Hill are incorporated towns farther west. Dulles is the unincorporated area around the airport, and the Dulles Town Center mall sits in Sterling. This site serves all of these communities but lists each one under its own name.
Which of these areas are in Fairfax County?
Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, McNair, Franklin Farm and Centreville are in Fairfax County. The other ten are in Loudoun County. Several share a mailing name with another place: South Riding uses Chantilly addresses but is in Loudoun County, and McNair and Franklin Farm use Herndon addresses outside the Town of Herndon.
