Early Fall: The Most Useful Window
The EPA advises having fuel-burning furnaces inspected before each heating season, and duct work fits the same visit window. The first dusty smell of the season comes from dust burning off heating parts, and a cleaning before that week keeps it short. Spring: Before the Coil Starts Sweating
